We are releasing another new update for ROIstat! The big addition is the first iteration of discrete gauge measurement system analysis! There is more to come on that, but we wanted to get it into your hands for testing!
You can download it here:
- New Features
- Added first iteration of discrete gauge measurement system analsyis
- Currently only for fixed effects (you are testing all appraisers)
- Uses Cohen's kappa to assess between appraiser agreement
- Includes the components of kappa, kappa max, the confidence interval for kappa, the p-value for kappa, and the p-value for McNemar's test of symmetry
Includes category analysis if more than two categories - If a known standard is added, calculates kappa for each appraiser's validity versus the standard as well as Light's G for overall system validity
- Added the ability to choose a center point for histogram and frequency polygon plots
- Re-enabled the ability to choose bins (and now centers) on histograms and frequency polygons when superimposing a normal distribution
- Added first iteration of discrete gauge measurement system analsyis
- Bug fixes
- Fixed a bug with the new binomial plot that could make a strange graph if the r of intrest was below the calculated minimum for the graph
- Fixed minor bug that was changing the color of the frequency polygon when superimposing a normal distribution
- Known issues:
- Long pause once ROIstat loads, disabled blog links to help
- Font Awesome errors at startup is due to shinywidgets
- Lin-Mudholkar test fails due to breaking the function when the correlation is 1 (lolcat issue)
- Reported problem with use data one and two sample tests, object x2 not found (can't replicate)
- No button on MVP(E) and S-W Monte Carlo exponential tests to stop early - may be added in the future
- The density plot x-axis for the exponential will start at zero even if the minimum is above that
